How do you know if you suffer from depression? Take this quiz and find out.
- Do you feel depressed most of the day?
- Do you feel irritable regularly?
- Are you no longer interested in activities that you used to enjoy?
- Have you noticed an increase or decrease in your weight?
- Do you have trouble sleeping?
- Do you feel worthless, hopeless, or guilty most of the time?
- Do you have recurrent thoughts of death, suicidal ideation, a plan for suicide?
- Do you struggle with your level of concentration?
- Is it difficult for you to make daily decisions?
If you have struggled with five or more of the above symptoms in the last two weeks, you may be suffering from depression. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or have a plan to commit suicide, call the crisis hotline in your area, the local emergency room, or the police for help. There are services available to help you with how you are feeling.
